Chaperones

If you would like a chaperone to be present during a physical examination by the doctor, please let us know and we will endeavour to comply with your wishes. This may occasionally involve booking a further appointment.

Please let us know if you are a carer. We will be able to put you in touch with Richmond Carers Centre.

PALS provides confidential advice and support, helping you to sort out any concerns you may have about the care the PCT provides, guiding you through the different services available from the NHS. You can contact PALS on 020 8973 3111.

Freedom Of Information – Publication Scheme

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the ‘classes’ of information the practice intends to routinely make available. This scheme is available from reception.
