Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

These can be obtained by leaving the tear-off portion of your last prescription at reception, or by posting or faxing it to the surgery. Prescriptions requested before 12 noon on any day will normally be available for collection two working days later. If you would like us to post your prescription please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope. You can also ask us to send your prescription to one of the local chemists. If you use this service please allow an extra day. If prescriptions are required urgently (eg after hospital visits) please hand in to reception and indicate when you need it.

We are not able to accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.
